Data Safeguard is seeking a Product Manager at its Santa Clara, CA headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the CEO. The job duties are as follows
Responsibilities:
· Analyze product perfomance metrics like user engagement and retention rates.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
· Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on market demands.
· Optimize user experience through collaboration with UX/UI designers.
· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Gather customer feedback to identify pain points and feature requests.
· Work with cross-functional teams to align product priorities and objectives.
· Create documentation and communicate product updates to stakeholders
equirements:
· Education: Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Technology or a related field, or foreign equivalent
· Experience: I year (12 months) of experience as a Data Analysts or any other information Technology position.
· Special Skills / Other Requirements: •MS Office Suite •SQL •Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) •Entrepreneurial leadership in privacy-enhancing technologies • AI/ML-driven product development; Data privacy and compliance solutions; Speaks in a clear, concise, and confident manner; Attentively listens to understand and interpret what is being said. •Develops written communication that is clear, concise, grammatical, and influential.

Microsoft Office 365 Administrator (3-5 years of experience)

We are currently seeking a Microsoft Office 365 Administrator to be a key contributor for our team.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and administer Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated tools.
· Implement and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security groups within the Office 365 environment.
· Configure and manage mailboxes, distribution lists, and other mail-related components.
· Collaboration and Communication:
· Facilitate the seamless integration and adoption of collaboration tools like Teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the organization.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging, file sharing, and other collaboration features.
· Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard Office 365 data and services.
· Monitor and manage security policies, including multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention.
· Stay up to date with industry best practices and security trends to enhance the organization's security posture.
· Implement and oversee backup and recovery strategies for Office 365 data to ensure data integrity and availability.
· Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures.

· Address and resolve user issues promptly, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of Office 365 configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
· Strong understanding of Office 365 applications, services, and features.
· Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures within Office 365.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration is a plus.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
· Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK.
· Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
· Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure.
· Implement best practices for Exchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Build independent/stand-alone or Microsoft Office-specific Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
· Utilize Exchange DLP features and policies to safeguard sensitive information.
· Manage and configure external connectors, transport rules, and Message Transfer Agents (MTAs) for effective control of email flow and security compliance.
· Establish Exchange Lab environments on-premises or in Azure to simulate client environments for testing and development activities.
· Ensure compatibility and reliability of developed solutions in various scenarios.
· Utilize the Office 365 Admin Center for comprehensive administration, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), Security, Compliance, and Exchange.
· Implement and manage security and compliance features to meet organizational standards.
· Create applications using Office SDK, Graph SDK, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) SDK for enhanced functionality.

Qualifications:

Unix/Linux systems administrator
Data Safeguard is currently seeking a Unix Administrator to be a key contributor to our Engineering team. As a Unix admin, as a UNIX system administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our UNIX systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot server errors, install new system hardware, respond to user issues, and monitor the performance of the network.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Installing and upgrading UNIX system software on company servers and computers.
· Creating UNIX file systems.
· Setting up and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems.
· Implementing network and computer system policies.
· Detecting and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
· Responding to user requests and software errors.
· Monitoring the performance of the system and server.
· Creating backup and recovery policies.
· Setting up and monitoring security policies.
· Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
· 3+ years of experience as a UNIX system administrator.
· Knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file systems, and network protocols.
· Detailed knowledge of UNIX principles, file editing, UNIX commands, and file manipulation.
